SO many ways to move, SO many people chasing their best self. Got to hear so many wellness journeys this weekend and it filled our cup 🤍

Getting to walk around and see the sheer range of how people show up for their health, lifting, dancing, running, healing, all of it… was such a reminder that “fit” looks a thousand different ways. Talking to everyone about their journey genuinely filled me up. Already counting down to next year 🙌

See you next year, Fit Expo 👋

my new song “Save Me” with @mofincmusic is OUT NOW 🖤 go stream it, go feel it, and repost this if you’re the kind of person who’d rather champion the underdog than feed the algorithm’s favorites.

no corporate label puppet strings, no Kardashian-industrial-complex, just real music made by real people 🎧

booked a session at @blizzsound and it reminded me why having a genuinely chill place to go matters so much for creativity 🤍

your nervous system and your creative capacity are directly linked the more regulated you are, the more room you actually have to create. when you’re wired, tired, or stuck in fight-or-flight, you’re not accessing your full creative range. you’re just surviving the day.

spaces like this are medicine, not luxury. go find your version of it.

if you’re a creative in high-output mode and you know your body has been running on empty, that’s exactly what my 1:1 program is for. it’s about coming back into your body so you can create from a rested, safe place instead of a depleted one.

dm me “BREATHE” to start 🕊️ and go give Blizzsound a follow

Our go-to tour hack ✈️🧡

This one’s for you @cwolfe86
Long days, early flights, no food other than processed options…. So we started doing this: grab a yogurt from literally any airport terminal, chop up @eatbahamii coconut vanilla bar into it, and that’s breakfast handled.

No sugar crash, no 2pm slump,
just real energy from dates + almonds
and nothing else.

This is officially going in our tour bag for good.
Try it: yogurt + chopped Bahamii bar + whatever toppings you have on hand (we did coconut flakes + honey).

That’s it. That’s the recipe.

Save this for your next early flight 📌 and let me know your favorite Bahamii flavor in the comments 👇
