Most of you know Fred as the owner of @americanfamilyfunding, and a VERY active member of our community but today we talked about all that goes into training for an Ironman!!! PHEW! And wow, Fred hasn’t just competed in a few but OVER 40 competitions!!! Such incredible life experiences! Thank you Fred for being an inspiration to us all!!💫💫💫
