One year since Emily & Aidan filled October with color, love, and so many thoughtful little details🤍

From the beautiful mix of bridesmaid dresses to the vibrant florals and colorful celebration at the Dr. Daniel Fisher House. Some of our favorite details were the ones they made themselves. Handcrafted decoupage oyster shell escort cards and needlepoint table numbers brought such a personal touch to their day.

And just when we thought the evening couldn’t get any sweeter, Emily surprised her mom by changing into her wedding dress for the end of the night🥹

Happy first anniversary, Emily & Aidan! Wishing you a lifetime of celebrations just as colorful and full of love as this one✨

Wild food, live music, local makers, and a little friendly competition—this is one very Vineyard way to spend a Monday afternoon.

The Local Wild Food Challenge returns to the Grange Hall on Monday, October 12, bringing chefs, home cooks, farmers, fishermen, foragers, artists, and neighbors together for an afternoon celebrating the food and natural resources found right here on Martha’s Vineyard.

Watch local chefs and home cooks turn wild and locally sourced ingredients into inventive dishes, explore the Smoke Zone and Bush Kitchen, learn from local foragers, shop Island artisans, and enjoy live music from Johnny Hoy and other local musicians.

And a portion of proceeds from this year’s event will support Vineyard Preservation Trust and the preservation of the historic places that help make the Island so special.

📅 Monday, October 12
🕛 12–5 PM
📍 Grange Hall, 1067 State Road, West Tisbury
🎟 $25 | Under 12 free

Food and beverages will be available for purchase, so come hungry.

Join us for an afternoon rooted in the land, the water, and the people who make Martha’s Vineyard home.

Tickets are on sale now—come be part of this Island tradition.

And just like that, Burgers & Bubbles 2026 is sealed in the books.

We’ve been trying to find the right words to say THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this year so incredibly special. To say we couldn’t have done it without you is truly an understatement.

To every single volunteer who showed up, worked behind the scenes, got soaked, carried something, poured something, directed someone, the endless squeegee to the floor— THANK YOU.

To our incredible chefs, sponsors, donors, friends, family, supporters, and everyone who came out and celebrated with us — we are endlessly grateful.

What a memorable (and very, very wet) day it was on Martha’s Vineyard. Somehow, despite the weather doing everything it could to challenge us, you all showed up with smiles, energy, and the same incredible community spirit that makes this event what it is. We genuinely could not have asked for a better group of people to weather the storm with.

HUGE Shoutout to @bigskytentpartyrentals for saving the day!

A very special thank you to @vineyardpreservation for everything you do to protect, preserve, and care for the places that make our Island so special. We are incredibly proud to be able to support the Trust and the important work they continue to do for our community.

Finally… because of YOU — every ticket purchased, donation made, burger cooked, bottle poured, sponsorship given, volunteer worked, and person who simply believed in what we’re trying to create — we were once again able to SURPASS last year’s donation!

It means more to us than we can really put into words. Burgers & Bubbles has always been about much more than burgers and bubbles. It’s about bringing people together, celebrating the incredible people who make this Island home, and giving back to a place we care so deeply about. Knowing that this little event can help preserve the Island we love is what makes all of the hard work worth it.

Thank you for believing in it, showing up for it, and making it yours- and CONGRATS BNB CHAMPIONS 2026 @boltup55 with @9craftkitchenandbar for taking home the title! Stay tuned for 2027!

📸 @ckjordanphotography

Until next year…

With so much gratitude,

John & Alex 🥂

2026. My career’s biggest year. 🤍

You were filled with the most beautiful clients, inside and out. Clients who trusted me completely and gave me creative freedom.

You were filled with the BEST vendor teams who brought every crazy idea to life and made the entire process so much more special.

All year long, I have been waiting to see the photos, the designs, and all of the little details come together. Now, going through these galleries, I am honestly crying. Seeing everything come to life is my absolute favorite part of my job🫶🏼

I cannot thank ALL of you enough, from the bottom of my heart, for trusting me, my vision, and my team. You made this year so incredibly special, and I am beyond grateful. 🤍
