HM3 C-Bear has a problem. He’s falling behind on the PT runs in Okinawa, he wasn’t recommended for retention, and his Navy career is running out of road.
His case lands in the basement at PERS-911 — Admin Damage Control Central, where Chief BullHead handles the Sailors nobody else knows what to do with.
C-Bear wants another chance.
Chief BullHead has one.
Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.
Not exactly the orders C-Bear dreamed about—but when the other option is GO HOME, suddenly North Carolina starts looking pretty good.
A fictional military workplace comedy about bad choices, unwanted orders, second chances—and the questions you probably shouldn’t ask your detailer.

HM3 C-Bear thought falling behind on a few PT runs wasn’t going to end his Navy career. He thought wrong.
