For my birthday this year, I wanted to do something different, so I hosted an alkaline fruitluck and beach cleanup right smack in the middle of South Beach Spring Break 🌞🏝️✨

My plan worked even better than I could have imagined as people were coming up to us all day sampling new fruits they’ve never tried, learning how to reverse the aging process (nobody believed my age when I told them 😆), and even volunteering to help us clean the beach 🐢✨

This concept was inspired by the river cleanup boat parties going on in Amsterdam. I truly believe this style to be the future of partying: purpose driven and health conscious, alcohol free, and doing something positive for humanity and the planet 🌍✨

The fruitluck included strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, golden berries, sweet tamarind, soursop, green prickly pear, seeded grapes, seeded watermelon, cantaloupe, samba papaya, namwah bananas, sour orange, honey mangoes w/ alkaline “tajin”, Malayan dwarf coconuts, black plums, and Jordan River Medjool dates 🌴✨

From now on, my birthday parties are going to be about giving back to the earth in some way, shape, or form. In just 20 minutes of cleaning the beach, we serendipitously picked up exactly 35 pounds of trash and that felt really really good! ☺️✨

I want to thank everyone that showed up and participated 🙏🏽✨ This was my best birthday yet without a doubt and I’m looking forward to more of this fire energy! ⚡️🔥⚡️🔥⚡️

Give this movement a try

Get into a wide squat stance squeezing the glutes, drop the left knee inward turning the body to the right, bring it back to the starting position, and then do the same on the right knee

You always want to surround yourself with like-minded people.

The next person may have the key to your success and you just may need to hear it and it will click in your mind. Always be open minded because you may miss the key to your next level.

Always remember it only gets easier because you become tougher whether that may be mentally emotionally spiritually, or physically so make sure you start somewhere.

All you need to do is start that by far is the hardest part in my opinion.

You don’t need a hour long workout or even a 30 minute workout. You just need to get outside your comfort zone at least 5 minutes a day. Do some side lunges, squats or reverse lunges if you have knee issues.

Keep it simple don’t over do it. It doesn’t need to be a complicated like many other people make it seem and get yourself a lacrosse ball to roll out your feet thank me later 🙏🏾

2022 is a year I will never forget. I never thought my signs and message would reach these heights. It was a year of lessons and growth for me. Both personally and professionally. I launched my website and released my very own “Mental Health is Health” tee shirt. I embarked on The World Needs ❤️ Tour and it has changed my life. I want to thank everyone who has supported my journey. Everyone who shows me love and shares my content. Here’s to another year of spreading love and raising mental health awareness.

Love is not a relationship. Love is a state of being. It has nothing to do with anybody else. One is not “in love”, one is love. And of course when one is love, one is in love but that is an outcome, a by-product and that is not the source. The source is within you. You are love.
