You don’t need a podium to matter.

These athletes showed up when it was hard….and that deserves recognition.

A few mats & a mission 🧘🏼‍♀️

Our Sunday Sweat & Reset SK Fit yoga class turned virtual (thanks to Charleston’s moody weather 🌧️), but nothing can stop this community from showing up.

That’s what makes SK Fit so special…it’s not just about the workout, it’s about the women on the other side of the screen choosing to invest in themselves and each other. Whether we’re flowing in person or connecting virtually, the energy we create together is something special!

Here’s to starting the week grounded, grateful, and stronger as a team 🤍💻

The Let Them Theory by @melrobbins

I’m only halfway through The Let Them Theory, but I can already say it’s one of the most impactful books I’ve read in a long time. I actually started reading it at my fiancé’s aunt’s house—just 10 pages in, and I immediately ordered it on Amazon. That’s how quickly it resonated with me.

Mel Robbins has this way of breaking down concepts that seem obvious on the surface—like letting adults be adults, taking control of your emotions, and not internalizing everything—but she explains them in a way that makes them actually feel doable. It’s not just “self-help talk”; it’s practical, real, and comforting. Her tone is honest and empowering, and her writing feels like a conversation with someone who genuinely gets it.

What I love most is how the book has helped me find a greater sense of peace and understanding—not just with myself, but with the people around me. It’s helped me feel more grounded and calm, and I’ve started noticing small shifts in how I react to situations. Every time I pick it up, I feel excited and encouraged.

Even though I haven’t finished it yet, I can already tell this is a book I’ll revisit again and again. It’s been a powerful tool for becoming a better, more in-control version of myself
