Team Bananas were reunited once again this weekend for Wodaptive. Tom surprised me on the last workout by sporting his own pair of @budgysmuggleruk. We also took a 2nd place podium.

Great evening with @harryyoung96_ discussing all things exercise, men’s health, community and @movember for season 2 of @holdonmatepod

Loved the discussion, hearing your story and the incredibly important points around men’s health and why it’s so key to check your balls and check in on your mates! 🥸💚

Harry is the owner of @helpyoutrain and in the MOvemebr PLATINUM club!

Keep your eyes and ears open for Episode 1, Season 2 coming soon 🎙️

Would you travel 6 hours to see this view… I can safely say I think it was worth it! Slowly ticking off the Welsh 3,000’s.

Just 2 days until Bananas are reunited for @wodaptive. For those that have been before you know what to expect. For the newbies, beware
