Yesterday was truly incredible!! I am so thankful to all that came out to Buffalo Walks Against Addiction.

I’m so happy for our first turn out- I met so many wonderful people, and had a day filled with Joy and passion to help one another. That’s what this is all about. I will be so excited to do this again in the future!!

Thank you so much to everyone that participated and made it special. I especially wanted to thank the amazing sponsors and participants that came out to support us. I could not have made this possible without their support!

You all helped choose their names, and now it’s official! 🥹🏷️ Meet Carla and Theo—two one-of-a-kind, uniquely stitched dolls from KJS Outlet. 🧶💕

Meet Carla! 💕 She’s dressed, tagged and ready to make her way to @buffaloshopcraft . Hopefully, she’ll soon find the perfect forever home! 🥹

And here’s Theo! 💚 You all named him, and now this handsome little guy is ready to join Carla at @buffaloshopcraft —and hopefully head home with someone who loves him just as much as I do! 🥰

Y’all named her brother THEO, and I think it fits him perfectly! 🥰 Now this little cutie needs a name of her own.

Take a good look at those brown curls, beautiful mismatched eyes, and that dusty-pink overall dress. 😍 What does she look like her name should be?

Drop your suggestions in the comments! These aren’t just nicknames—Theo and his sister will be going to Buffalo ShopCraft with the names y’all choose on their official tags! 🧶💕

Meet THEO! 💙🧶

Y’all understood the assignment and gave this handsome little guy the perfect name! Theo was handmade stitch by stitch, with plenty of love, personality—and a little perfectly imperfect charm. 🥰

He’ll be heading to Buffalo ShopCraft with THEO proudly written on his official tag. Now we just have to find the perfect name for his sister!

Some days you’re giving 100%, some days you’re giving 7%

Who else struggles with those days when your body/mind just won’t give what you want it to?

I know I do 🙋🏻‍♀️

Be kind to yourself, especially when you’re in a season of recovery. Let your body and mind heal. We are so supportive of a go, go, go culture. Maybe you need some time to slow down and rest for whatever reason.

This heat is the perfect excuse to rest and relax, maybe with an iced coffee 😉 I’m always here with a cute lil #scrappycoffeecozy to support all of your coffee addictions- my favorite summer drink is a vanilla sweet cream cold brew from @starbucks, but lately I’ve been making Stok cold brew at home to save some dollars (and it’s just as delicious 🤤)

Who else is in a season of recovery? Who else has a favorite summer drink? (Doesn’t have to be coffee either- I still want to hear it!)

Whatever your summer looks like, I’m right there with you! You’re doing amazing, and I’m sending all my love! ❤️

One of my favorite flowers to grow outside my house are asiatic lilies.

I have planted several varieties over the years, various heights, colors and bloom times so that I get to almost always have some in bloom over the short Western NY summers.

Sometimes the local deer “harvest”
the buds just before they open - their instincts and timing are amazing AND frustrating!

Right now in the small patch by my side door these faithful orange flowers are in their full glory and I am always so happy to see them.

While mine are not the wild variety that I see popping up along roadsides, they are ruffled and striated with delicious oranges, reds and magenta accents.

I think I love them because they feel@a bit like I see myself:
Lively, bold and full of a happy enthusiasm for sunny days.

Since this painting is a bit unusual in size I will take some time to decide on how best to “dress it up” with or without matting and in a frame that showcases it best.

What’s your favorite Summer flower?
Why?
Does it grow at your house?
Is it blooming now?

I’d love to know!🤔😁👩‍🌾
