I thought it would be fun to ask some of my favorite Poképals to do a rainbow collab, and they sure delivered! I love this community. 🌈✨

🍒 Red - @scenicpokedex - I have been waiting for the perfect chance to show off this beautiful Mightyena card from Ascended Heroes! This may be my new favorite modern card, I love the style so so much!

🍊 🍋 Orange/Yellow - @kayleighcollectscuties - orange & yellow are some of my favourite colours together - my entire living room is an orange, yellow & brown 60s dream so photographing this scene of teddiursa, flareon & growlithe matching their living room surroundings was very fun! 🧡💛

🍏 Green - @bugcatcher_rob - This gem of a card from 2001 is one of the most iconic Caterpie arts and reminds me of Eric Carle’s Very Hungry Caterpillar. Miki Tanaka shows the day he munched through a nice green leaf and that very next day, he transformed into a beautiful Butterfree. But that’s for another post!

🫐 Blue - @silphfolio - Marill really said ‘I’m on vacation’ and meant it.

This reverse holo is from Southern Islands, the set where Pokemon just get to relax on a tropical beach instead of battling anyone. Marill looks like it’s having the best day of its life, and honestly, the reverse holo shimmer kind of makes it look like sunlight bouncing off the water behind it.

No battles, no drama, just a very good day at the beach.

🍇 Purple - @the.card.angler - After scrambling around my home for anything and everything purple, I decided on my favourite Gengar card ever printed to represent purple 💜

Shoutout to Grandma for the beautiful knit blanket 🫶

🍑 Pink - @bagelsprout - I had no fairy cards before this and now a whole world of pretty pink cards has opened up and I want them all✨

“A few cards from my attempt at collecting every Scizor in every language. The best bug from the best region ✂️🔴 - @bugcatcher_rob

@pokepapat1d is next, keeping the 🔥 trend going with an adorable Charmander 🔥

“Standing the test of time 🔥 Here’s to 30 years of Pokémon and the OG fire starter 🧡”

@scenicpokedex , last but not least, with a not-so-shocking but beautiful choice of Raichu ⚡️
