Vintage Violence - TIFF 2026 🎬

The cast of Vintage Violence arrived on the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of the new film directed by Eugene Kotlyarenko, presented as part of TIFF 2026’s Midnight Madness lineup.

The film follows a disgraced livestreamer who discovers a valuable shipment of vintage denim in a Colorado mine. His search takes him to Tokyo, where he becomes caught between desire, betrayal, the black market, and the yakuza, as a past he thought was buried comes back to haunt him.

The film stars @colesprouse Cole Sprouse and Kiko Mizuhara @i_am_kiko , alongside Pierre Taki, Hio Miyazawa, and Nijirō Murakami.

The premiere brought the film’s cast and team together in Toronto to celebrate its arrival at TIFF and introduce this unique blend of action, comedy, romance, and crime to festival audiences.

@lockjaw_movie has been out for a couple weeks now and if you haven’t watched it, you won’t know what images here contain never-before-seen prop design, what is BTS of scenes that did or did not make it into the movie, which is a photo of our brilliant director Sabrina, and whether or not there is a cute clown dog statue visible in any shots. Guess you’ll have to rent or buy it VOD to find out! Xoxo🤐🫶🏼

You've always been a Napa Boy.

“What I Watched” is about the movies that inspired filmmakers, actors, and writers while creating their latest work. How do all the things we’ve loved, hated, and absorbed come together to make something new?

To find out, we talked with Nick Corirossi and Armen Weitzman, co-creators and stars of The Napa Boys, a new film that unites an almost inexplicable combination of genres, references, and tropes to create a hilarious, whiplash-inducing, and wholly original comedy. It's part Sideways, part American Pie, part Lord of the Rings, and a whole lot more.

Follow the link in bio 🔗 hear part of our conversation and read about the film's inspirations on Talkhouse. You can also find our list of movies mentioned by Corirossi and Weitzman on Talkhouse's Letterboxd.

Catch @thenapaboys on Tubi (it's now available to stream for free!) and see how many of their inspirations you can spot.
