My second musical of high school… and my last. My first, Evita, was beautiful. I vaguely remember being a little confused when everyone was crying during the last show, now I know why. Our journey to the end of Hades town was… more than words can express. I thought I’d never make it to be a good Hades under study, really thought I flip last second and crumple. I didn’t. Neither did anyone else. This musical was an emotional roller coaster, from skipping homework to focus on it, to internal struggles with myself. I sobbed the entirety of the last show. Not just because I am sad, but also because I feel I’ve made it so far as a person. I put myself out there, I changed myself. I feel different than who I was barely a year ago at the end of my first high school musical. I can’t believe I’m already finished with my last.

As my senior year comes to a close, I want to thank the Skyview theater club. I walked in with a passion for fun, and I feel I am walking out with a stronger passion to change. I am changed, and the club was my second home. I will miss everyone. It is sad to go so quick, but it is how thing must be.

Thank you Hades Town, 2025, that’s a wrap. Good night brothers, good night.
