✨May Recap✨

Last month was jam packed with Pilates edication, both as the student & the teacher. My cup is seriously overflowing from all the learning, connection & fun.

Scroll to the last pic for a real treat🙈

🔹Kicked off May by attending the @merrithew North America symposium hosted at @livemettapilates where I took some awesome workshops and met the most amazing people.
🔹Taught ICCB teacher training courses back to back to back at @livemettapilates to the most eager, dedicated students.
🔹And last pic - always trying to find the laughter & the silliness theu it all. Thanks to my friends & clients who keep putting up with my ridiculous antics😂

What a fun intense CHAIR Pilates training with @pilateswithmaryjo and @realgoodpilates in Long Beach @livemettapilates the last three days. Whew!

This small and simple but mighty chair apparatus, (that doesn’t look like much) is certainly considered one of the most challenging pieces to exercise on for athletic conditioning and functional training. I love that it is also accessible to people with limited mobility and balance issues or for rehabbing an injury.

Stay tuned for some chair work to come in to classes soon. 😬 #alwaysbelearning, #pilateschair, #alwaysastudent, #livemettapilates, #pilates, #enjoywhatyoudo
