No label. Just a vision and a belief that the Bay deserved its own lane in R&B.

& one of the greatest to ever represent our city @e40 gives the stamp and a legendary feature

Looking back, this was bigger than a song.
It was the day RnBay became INEVITABLE!

R&B will always be the foundation.

But this day we stopped trying to explain ourselves with somebody else’s genre.

Growing up in the Bay, our influences sounded different.

If we’re gonna “sample” anything…
it’s gonna be the legends from our city.
The music that raised us.
The culture that made us.

This was the exact conversation where the name RnBay was born. Validated and solidified!

Not because we wanted a new label…
because we realized we were building something we couldn’t find anywhere else.

Looking back, this was the origin!

How are you guys bringing back a 90s childhood?

In a world where it feels scary to let your kids roam until the streetlights come on, we have found a way to let them run free as we tag along in the background building friendships with our neighbors.

As a SAHM who’s husband works out of the home, it’s been me and the kids riding solo to many adventures. But yesterday was such a beautiful reminder of how important a village is. I was able to use the bathroom because I knew I had trusted adults to watch my toddler in the pool. My friend was teaching my oldest new swimming techniques while one was helping my toddler learn to swim.

If you see me doing the most this summer, remember I’m not alone. I’ve spent the last 6 years in the new town we moved to making friends and building a village.
