Vegeta’s Biggest Training Mistake

Goku and Vegeta have always enjoyed training to get stronger and improve their abilities. The key difference is how they approach recovery.

Goku trains extremely hard by pushing himself to the limit. You can see this when he's training in Dr. Brief's spaceship on the way to Namek. His approach is to give it your 100% and then recover (Sensu Beans anyone?).

Vegeta, on the other hand, literally trains until his fails on him, and he passes out. He goes way too hard without giving his body a chance to recover. This is one of the main reasons why it's hard for him to catch up with Goku.

Overtraining slows down your progress. It can lead to fatigue, trouble sleeping, and injuries.

Does your training resemble Goku or Vegeta’s? Let me know in the comments section🙂.

This video by @building_physiques shows you how boxing is a great way to get in some cardio. Starting tonight, I'm going to do 5 rounds after my training session.

The benefits of boxing are that it helps improve your footwork and coordination, and it can teach you how to protect your yourself in a fight.

Goku does this during this time training in the spaceship on his way to Namek in 20-100x gravity. It's also nice to learn some cool combos🔥.

These boys did so good for their first time learning the basics of boxing! 🥊 Coach @spence_crosby was great with them and they both really wanted to flip the 150lbs tire at the end. Cole is 10 and 70lbs while Carter is 8 and 60lbs so they both had to put in their all to get the tire over!! Can’t wait to bring them to the next one!! 🥊

Coach Spence is the man @building_physiques helping people learn defenses while also driving you to be in your best shape! 🥊
