So I’m coming at ya with the combo #VictoryMonday and #MedalMonday today! 🏈🏅

First, shoutout to my Dirty Birds for the W yesterday! 🛸👽🔴⚫️ My team balled out, and we defended the Big Body Benz! 💪🏾 Braylon was home on a bye week, so he got to enjoy the Falcons victory with us! The on-field player intro experience with my family was pretty cool too! Making memories is ALWAYS part of the mission! ❤️

And shoutout to everybody who hit the streets for Sunday’s PNC Atlanta races! 🏃🏾‍♂️💨 Dope work deserves a dope medal! 🏅🔥It was a 10-piece garlic lemon pepper with sprinkles, no flats because of them ATL hills! ☎️

October has been BUSY! Four races down, ONE more to go! My running journey continues to grow, and along the way, I managed to shave a few minutes off last year’s 10-Miler time, setting a new PR of 1:44:16! 📈💪🏾

But we ain’t done…

2027, WE GOING SUB-100 MINUTES IN THE ATL 10-MILER! 🎯🔥

PNC 10 MILER: ate right on up for breakfast. Every hill deserved a shout of praise cause Atlanta’s nothing to play with. But neither are we! We built for this. 💪🏽☎️

What a weekend! Started with the HBCU 2 miler with ARC and got a PR, then came back Sunday for the PNC Atlanta 10 miler/5k and hit another PR. So proud to roll with my Built2Last family. Y’all keep me motivated every week and I’m truly grateful. On to the next one

Same time next year ? #PNC10miler ✅

What was once was just a short term goal has now become a full lifestyle. A journey that started a year ago of just wanting to finish my 1st 5K, turned 10k and now completing my longest distance of 10 miles feels unimaginable. Super thankful for all the friends I’ve met and run communities support. What’s next ..who knows 🤫☎️
