📈10 weeks after tearing my bicep off the bone I am almost cleared to train again 💪🏽

I am healing wayyyy faster than expected; my surgeon is blown away at how quickly my body has healed and my range of motion has increased….

I went all in on all the therapies I know work well…
I used stem cell therapy, peptide therapy, and testosterone to help me recovery from the injury and surgery….

I have done all my rehab at @built4it_official
Their entire team is incredible… I know, because I’ve trained and rehabbed all over the world ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I did my stem cell IV therapy in Dallas with @justinbrunkhealth and it was probably the biggest X factor to my rehab - it’s not cheap tho… it is premier fuel for life!

I got all my peptides and hormones from @transcendhrt
I do blood work every 120 days to help me optimize and stay healthy in all areas

You cannot improve what you do not measure…! And I have measured everything for a lot of years…. I’m not guessing on any portion of my gameplan…
