Sickest double play he’s ever made at shortstop! Tough day on the mound but this was a nice strikeout.

I mention in my other videos that I tell my infielders to attack and work downhill when fielding a ground ball. I also emphasize that they develop some sort of rhythm to control their internal clock as they finish the play. In this video Zo displays all of these things.

As you get older catchers become irrelevant if their pitchers do not know how to hold runners on. In this drill the pitcher works on using the U-C-L-A tendencies while the runner tries to find a pattern. A simple drill that can help pitchers control the run game and to help teach base runners how take an extra base.

First games for the new team (10U ZT Bolt San Fernando Valley). The boys were humbled and reminded how much work is ahead, but everyone competed hard. Becker smashed one to deep left center and his fast ball/curve ball mix was fun to watch in game 1. Let’s go BOLT!
