It was push & pull day at @burnbootcampsouthcobb & Dj @builtbybostick had all kinds of “surprises” today. 😩

But… sooooo happy I got to see my @simplyken today. ☺️

Finished out the week like a bossss. 💪🏽

What’s my favorite wooordddd… GAHHHHHLEEEE 😂

I will be celebrating my 1 year anniversary with @burnbootcampsouthcobb on Dec 1st! I can’t believe it… 155+ camps later… we go together, real bad. 😎

Recorded this recap in August and kept it in the vault for the right moment… 👀 Rocket City Fit Fest is THIS SATURDAY, so it’s finally time to drop it! 🚨

To everybody I met at the last event I hope to see y’all again! And to my bros who talked my head off about how y’all were pulling up… 👀😂

I’m coming back outside for the fitness content, mic’d-up moments, interviews.

So what we doing, Huntsville?! 👀 We outside THIS SATURDAY or what? #fyp #workout #reel #explore #fitness
