PUBLIC CHALLENGE DAY 💪🏽

Today we took Calisthenics to Leicester Square and gave the public one challenge:
GET INVOLVED.

No competition. No judgement. Just people pushing themselves and strangers becoming supporters ❤️‍🩹

Thank you to everyone who helped out and supported us out there 🫂

Law of Attraction:

What you attract shapes who you are, and who you are shapes what you attract.

People. Relationships. Opportunities. Environments. Energy.

Training taught me that wanting the result means very little if your actions don’t align with it. Eventually, you have to become the person capable of attracting the outcome.

Business is much the same. Luck matters, but you can make yourself easier for luck to find.

Relationships too. The people you attract say something about you. The people you choose to keep around say even more.

Everything leaves a mark.

You’re the writer of your story, while simultaneously being shaped by every chapter. You won’t choose every plot twist, but you do choose what you do with it.

The law of attraction isn’t about getting whatever you think about, it’s about deciding what deserves your time, energy and attention. Becoming the person capable of holding onto what you want and watching your life slowly start to resemble it.
