Friday lower-body athletic hypertrophy day and my coach understood the assignment. 💪🔥

When I told him I wanted to start training like an athlete, he didn’t hesitate. Every week he’s pushing me outside my comfort zone, helping me build strength, power, mobility, and confidence.

We’re not just chasing aesthetics anymore. We’re training to move better, stay strong, and stay young for as long as possible.

Safe to say this workout humbled me today. 😅
Big shoutout to @builtbyrome_ for always challenging me and reminding me that I’m capable of more than I think. ❤️

Save this workout and give it a try—you’ll definitely feel it tomorrow.
