before vs after 🥹✝️✨

this post is for anyone who thinks they can’t do something — can’t get over a heartbreak. can’t lift weights. can’t do cardio. can’t lose the weight etc. YOU CAN. it’s all fear but i promise you can do anything as long as you PUT GOD FIRST THEN YOURSELF. prioritize YOU. you are blessed to move your body, have a second chance at life, a second chance to start over & do better for yourself. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” Phillipians 4:13 ✨

in this before pic — it was close to the holidays in 2024. i had been so betrayed by someone i thought i was going to spend the rest of my life with therefore turned to me being so full of hurt, so full of sadness & had ZERO motivation for anything. friends, family, gym, work, NOTHING! i prayed & cried to God so many times. then finally i had the courage to stand up & get back to ME. & so i did 🤏🏾

now, a year & a half later, i am so much more confident in my body. im in a much better space. mentally. emotionally. & physically & i have never been so proud of myself! this was NOTHING BUT GOD & the support of my loved ones. so thank you God. i would not be in this space without you God 🥹✨

p.s. thank you to @builtbysari for being there from the very beginning of my journey. continuously being there to not only as my trainer but a friend. a friend who’s done nothing but speak life into me from the day i met you & to continue pushing me past limits i didn’t think i could ever do. i love you & appreciate you 🩷
