This was an exceptionally fun makeup day, simply because I’ve known both of these women forever and a day; and with all of the talent and energy in the room, you couldn’t help but gel perfectly. The shoot was a breeze. #photoshootday #makeupwork #worknotwork #ramonasatarmakeupartist #bestofkelowna2022nominee #votebestofkelowna2022 #ginissaloninternational #bestofkelowna2022

We provide extensive consultations prior to services performed and we do our utmost best to get it right the first time. We know that this may not always be the case, and unhappy clients happen.

Before leaving the salon, we ensure that you are happy with our services and we require your feedback. If you are not satisfied with the results, even after a few days, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected, correct any work that we feel is required at no cost, or issue a refund if we feel it is warranted. If there is a discrepancy between the quality of work and the after care or changes that may have occurred on your behalf after you left the salon, we will provide corrective services at our regular salon fees.

Unfortunately, as of late we have had an unhappy guest who felt it more important to demand her money back without recognition of our salon policies and as promised from her initial email, has taken to social media in an attempt to discredit our reputation and our services.

With almost five decades in the industry, we have seen our fair share of half truths and unfortunate situations that require us to defend our skills and experience and reintegrate our willingness to do what's right to ensure everyone is satisfied. #ginissaloninternational #rosalindsatarhairdresser #customerservice
