Riding is the passion, but the gym is where speed, strength, and longevity are built.

If you want to ride strong after 50 and beyond, off-the-bike work isn’t optional—it’s how you bulletproof your body, fix imbalances, and generate serious power on the bike.

Here’s today’s session programmed at Bulletproof Fitness:

A-Block (4 Sets)

• Split Leg Squat – 35 lb, 6 reps (featuring a brutal 10-second pause tempo)

• Podium RDL – 155 lb, 6 reps

B-Block (4 Sets)

• Weighted Dips – 55 lb, 6 reps

• Pushups – Bodyweight, 20 reps

• Cable Rows – 170 lb, 8 reps

• Reverse Grip Cable Face Pulls – 150 lb, 8 reps

Targeting ankle, hip, and shoulder mobility while stacking real upper and lower body strength.

Life in the recent weeks prepping for Hyrox can’t believe the journey Gods giving me how grateful I am for the nights dragging myself to sleep, being in my feet nonstop and being able to live a life that’s making me a better version of myself and building a closer relationship with my father

The Belt Squat:
A Spine-Friendly Alternative for Athletes

The belt squat can help athletes who experience lower back pain from traditional back or front squats. It can produce more explosive force and leg drive.Belt Squat reduces spinal stress and is a valuable tool for sports like soccer or contact sports, though not always necessary for everyone.

I used to think success meant giving something up.

Neglect my health to grow the business. Skip time with people to get the work done.

I’ve learned and now I know better. It’s just about maintaining balance.

Good business. Good people. Good workouts. Good health. Strong faith.

I’m still figuring it out. Still learning every day. But man, it feels good to grow in every direction at once.
