❗️SLICING BRISKET❗️

▫️I just stumble upon the absolute BEST way to kook your next brisket!!!

▫️Follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Buy and trim your brisket to your preferred liking.

2️⃣ Season up heavily with your preferred seasoning. I went with @dudesgourmet and @cusos

3️⃣ Let it dry brine in your fridge for 6-10 hours.

4️⃣ Head out to start up your smoker ONLY FOR IT TO DECIDE IT DOESNT WANT TO WORK ! 😭😫

5️⃣ Call @bullets_n_bbq at 10pm to see if he can throw this in one of his 500 smokers.

6️⃣ Drop it off, pick it back up with bourbon 🥃 in hand for @bullets_n_bbq when it reaches temp and rest in a cooler for 4hrs.

7️⃣ Slice into this beauty with your favorite @coolina_usa knife and enjoy.

Has anyone else had to tag team cook a brisket before?!

Let us know down in the comments!!!

🌭 HOT TAKE: is a hot dog a sandwich?!

Settle it in the comments — because what we built at the @blackstoneproducts Griddle Crew Double or Nothing Summit might end the argument forever.

Bacon on the griddle. Hot dogs sizzling. Fried eggs, crispy bacon crumbles, melted cheese sauce, ketchup — all piled into everything-bagel-seasoned buns.

This is a BREAKFAST hot dog. And it’s a problem. In the best way. 🔥

Drop your vote: sandwich or NOT a sandwich? 👇

5:30 AM on a Saturday, fire going and a hot cup of coffee. 🔥☕️ Who says you can’t have a fire before the sun even comes up? 😂

Honestly, I love mornings like this. Just sitting out here relaxing, enjoying the fire and easing into what should be a pretty damn good Saturday. Nothing but the sound of crickets and a crackling fire. I can’t think of a better way to start an awesome Saturday.

Sometimes you just have to enjoy the simple things.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday and an awesome weekend! 🔥

Meet the Glizzy with a Breakfast Twist! 🌭🍳🔥

Deep down, we KNOW we won! 😂 I mean… we made the official @twrgrassfedbeef video from GC Summit. 🤷‍♂️ What else is there to say?! 🔥

And when a top Blackstone Griddle Pro says it was THAT good—and she doesn't even like hot dogs—I think that settles it. 😂🙌

Plus did you see @itsjoel.garcia face 👀🔥

We love you @blackstone_betty! 😍

Bacon. Egg. Cheese Whiz. Glizzy. 🔥

Be honest… are you eating this for breakfast?! 👀👇

There’s just something about being up before everyone else on a nice cool Saturday morning. 5:51 AM, cup of coffee, a little fire going, and everything is still quiet.

No rush. No noise. Just sitting outside enjoying the morning before the rest of the world wakes up.

Pretty damn good way to start a Saturday. 🔥☕️

🇺🇸🔥 Labor Day in New Jersey! 🔥🇺🇸

Absolutely gorgeous Monday, so you know where I’ll be… out back with both XL @biggreenegg fired up! 🥚🔥🥚🔥

Steaks and wings are hitting the Eggs, and we may have some burgers and dogs joining the party later. Because apparently two XL Eggs means there’s always room for one more thing. 😂

Tomorrow it’s back to reality and back to work… but TODAY?

🍺 Cold drinks
🥩 Good food
🔥 Hot grills
😎 Great company

Exactly how a Labor Day should be spent.

Happy Labor Day, everyone! 🇺🇸 Hope you’re enjoying the last little taste of the long weekend.

Turn the sound up for this one! 🔊🥓🔥

A little Labor Day weekend breakfast ASMR… bacon sizzling, hash browns getting crispy on the griddle, then a DOZEN scrambled eggs thrown right into those hash browns. 🥔🍳

Finished it off with plenty of Cooper Sharp Jack cheese melted over the top, crispy bacon on the side, and a healthy spoonful of @taliercios Cherry Pepper Relish to bring it all together. 🌶️🔥

Now THAT is how you start a beautiful Labor Day weekend!

Throwing it back to July at the @blackstoneproducts griddle crew summit. This trip was special for a bunch of reasons, but to connect with a bunch of friends who are like minded, get to know/meet new friends, and spend 1 on 1 quality time with my wife for 4 days was something i couldn't be more grateful for.

Can't wait for next year!

Today, we’re proud to officially introduce Kettle Crew, a hand selected community of pitmasters, creators, and fire driven storytellers united by a passion for outdoor cooking and the Weber legacy.

This inaugural Crew was chosen for its members’ creativity, craftsmanship, authenticity, and commitment to building something meaningful around the fire. Together, we’ll sharpen our skills, create inspiring content, learn from Weber Grill Masters, take on new challenges, and proudly represent the Weber name.

This is only the beginning. Applications for future Kettle Crew members will open down the road, giving more passionate outdoor cooks and creators the opportunity to join us.

Driven by Fire. Igniting Tradition. Powered by Weber.

This is Kettle Crew, and we’re just getting started. 🔥

Work has been absolutely crazy lately… but that’s a good problem to have.

So on this overcast Sunday, I’m slowing things down a little. Yankees vs. Red Sox on the TV, an ice-cold Miller High Life, the Champagne of Beers, in my hand, and Van Halen cranked up in the background. 🍺⚾️🎸

Bottoms up! 🍻

Pretty damn good way to wrap up an awesome weekend.

And yes, I know… the guy with “Backyard Grilling” in his name hasn’t posted nearly enough barbecue lately. 😂 I promise, more BBQ is coming soon. Work and life have just been moving about 100 mph lately.

For now, cold beer, baseball, Van Halen and a lazy Sunday afternoon. I can live with that.

Cheers, everyone! 🍻🔥
