POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some marathon weekends are about more than miles.

Over the last two days, Detroit showed us what happens when movement, community, and belief in one another converge. From shakeout run to finish line, from cheer stations to PBs, this @freepmarathon weekend was about people showing up for themselves and showing up for their community.

I’m in awe of all 30,000 runners. I’m inspired by our @lululemon Detroit Metro Ambassadors and teams. And I’m so, so proud of the city of Detroit and the 10s of thousands of organizers, volunteers, and spectators that brought the weekend to life.

The miles brought us together this weekend. The people made it special.

Detroit, you are electric! 🔥

Wheezy baby 💚💙🧡

The main goal I put on my PVG card for 2026 was to work at SeaWheeze when it came back. Goal crushed!!

I had the opportunity to merchandise the Showcase Store and cash out thousands of runners while meeting people I had only previously had the privilege to see on zoom calls and company training videos. @jillyt_13 it was an honour to work in your store, you absolutely crushed it.

Cheer stations are the highlight of my job as Community Specialist and the SSC completely blew all others out of the water, no pun intended. My goal is to bring that energy to every race no matter how small as seeing the joy on runners faces when they reached our wall of support brought me to tears.

My first time in Vancouver was an introduction to @lululemon HQ like no other and getting to cheer on my friends along the way made it even more special.

Sea you next year…

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BADDIE BESTIE @bumblbree!!
There is absolutely no other way that you should start your birthday weekend. Trust me, birthday hair just hits different.
always using my trusty @schwarzkopfcan products to get me to my hair colour dream goals. Bre started out as a light copper with some blonde pieces and we decided to make her cherry cola today to change it up and give her a fresh new look for the new year and her birthday. I think we nailed it!

FYF: ORIGINS | MARCH 2019

Some throwbacks just hit different.

Back in March 2019, FYF had some heavy hitters in the house:
🏈 NFL Tight End Luke Willson — just about to be featured on Hard Knocks with the Raiders heading into training camp (rocking a Garage Gym shirt in one of the HBO scenes 👊).
🥊 UFC Fighter Randa Markos — grinding through her last camp sessions before battle.

At the time, Tony was Randa’s strength coach — prepping her for war and traveling with her to fights all over the world. And the FYF Fighter’s 10K was always her final workout before departure.

Why? Because it simulated a 5-round fight — lungs burning, body breaking, mind tested — with the Garage Gym Army surrounding her, pushing her, and sending her off ready for the cage.

This one was special.
Legends walked through our doors that day, but FYF made sure everyone — NFL, UFC, or weekend warrior — suffered the same.

That’s the Garage Gym way.

FYF: ORIGINS | WEEK 2
Straight from the old notebooks. No fluff. No filters. Just teamwork, suffering, and glory.

👊 Teams of 3
You vs. Them. Side by side. Push for every rep, every meter, every damn breath.

🔥 2 Rounds of Pain:

Relay Run 200m (Sandbag or Bell)
Then as a team, chip away at:

Row 2000m

100 Box Jumps

Ski 2000m

100 Push-Ups

AD 150 Cals

100 Burpees

This one’s a war of attrition.
It’s about who wants it more.
Who’s got your back when the wheels fall off.
And who’s willing to go deep into the suck and keep going.

This is FYF.
This is where we started — and it’s exactly why we’re still standing.

Happy International Women’s Day to all the incredible women I’ve crossed paths with! 🫶✨You inspire me with your courage, resilience, heart, and determination. ✨

Join me tomorrow for a special IWD-inspired yoga flow with @lululemon, celebrating the wisdom and resilience within us. Through movement and breath, we’ll embrace the balance of softness and strength, the cycles we move through, and the energy we share—as we recognize the incredible intuition within us.

Sending extra love to my yoga mama @lara.heimann for sharing her wisdom in neuromuscular training 🧠 & functional movement, which has deeply shaped my teaching. I always ensure we reset our posture so we aren’t moving from a place of worsening imbalances—you can see we’re all doing the reset here, mama!

Let’s flow together 9am at Devonshire Mall, BMO entrance. Hope to see you there! 🧘🏻‍♀️✨
