These past days have been a dream come true. Rehearsing the music that we share on stage is something I’ve simply never done before. Even though I’ve played hundreds of concerts in the past years - sitting down, shaping the music into something that is still free and floating, yet intentional and directed. I am thankful for the whole team for making this possible.

Sold out show in Munich tonight. I can't wait to be on stage. See you all soon 🤍

Berlin !!!!! Come join us

We are so excited to be co-creating a very special evening of music, presence and connection with Sophia Kai on the 14th of October at Genezarethkirche in Berlin.

We invite you to come sing with us, listen with us, connect with us, and simply receive.

This will also be our last concert and offering before we leave Berlin for six months, which makes this evening especially meaningful for us. We would love to gather with our community, our dear friends and loved ones, and perhaps some new faces too, before we go.

We’re so looking forward to sharing this special evening with you.

Tickets are available via the link in our bio.

With love,
Caroline & G 🤍

We loved having @genevieve_and_milo with us in Berlin earlier this year. 🤍

This was just a little impromptu jam we had together one morning, and we loved what we created, even though it was just a quick moment.

We’re so excited that we’ll all be together again in South Africa later this year, where we’ll have more time to co-create, explore, and create a collaborative experience for everyone to enjoy.

Looking forward to seeing what unfolds and what fun and magic we can create when the four of us come together. ✨

🌕

The Full Moon in Aries arrives as a spark of fire — illuminating our courage, desires, vitality, and the places within us that are ready to move forward.

With the Moon in fiery Aries opposite the Sun in Libra, we are invited into the dance between self & other, independence & connection, courage & compassion.

What are you ready to initiate?
Where are you being asked to choose yourself?
What desire have you been holding back?

Rather than rushing forward, Aries invites us to listen deeply — and to act from a place of clear, embodied knowing.

Our 95+ minute Jivamukti Yoga practice weaves together chanting, pranayama, asana, meditation & astrological insights.

Afterwards, we’ll gather for a ceremonial cacao ritual, softening into the heart and grounding the fiery Aries energy into the body.

We then move into a shared chanting circle with Annie, Hilli, Pauli, Gigi on guitar & Jat on tabla drums — allowing the vibrations of the mantras, voices and instruments to carry is us beyond the thinking mind and into connection, and to integrate the energy of the Full Moon. ✨

Come as you are.
Leave with a little more fire in your heart. 🔥

Regular 3BY pricing applies — no extra charge for this special Full Moon boon. 🌕

Hello dears 🤍

Just one month to go until our deep immersion retreat outside Berlin, starting on the 8-11th of October.

This will be our final retreat of the year, and we’re really looking forward to gathering again ,diving deep together into the teachings of the forest, connection, community, inner work and celebration.

Over the weekend, we will share two night ceremonies, followed by a day with Huachuma ,always held with love, integrity and deep respect for the lineages and traditions we have been fortunate to learn from.

We’ll create a space to slow down, reconnect, listen deeply and journey together, supported by nature, music, ceremony and community.

If you feel called to join us, we still have a few spaces available, including a limited number of solidarity-priced places.

Please reach out to us by email for all the information and to reserve your place.

Sending lots of love,
Caroline & G 🤍

You might have so much to share. But if nobody knows you exist, it’s hard to find students🔎

Module 2 of our Teacher Training is all about changing that. Together with Julia @changeofcolours and Gerdus Oosthuizen @bummela the two people behind Malte’s videos and sound, you’ll learn how to record, how to get good audio and how to share your music in a way that genuinely reflects who you are.

None of this is talent. These are skills, and anyone can learn them 💛

Applications are open now. Book a Discovery Call with @johannimmanuel, link in bio ✨

summer day(s)

„who made the world?
who made the swan, and the black bear?
who made the grasshopper?
this grasshopper, I mean—
the one who has flung herself out of the grass,
the one who is eating sugar out of my hand,
who is moving her jaws back and forth instead of up and down—
who is gazing around with her enormous and complicated eyes.
now she lifts her pale forearms and thoroughly washes her face.
now she snaps her wings open, and floats away.
I don’t know exactly what a prayer is.
I do know how to pay attention, how to fall down
into the grass, how to kneel down in the grass,
how to be idle and blessed, how to stroll through the fields,
which is what I have been doing all day.
tell me, what else should I have done?
doesn’t everything die at last, and too soon?
tell me, what is it you plan to do
with your one wild and precious life?“

There’s no such thing as competition
To find our way we lose control
Remember love’s our only mission
It is the journey of the soul
The perfect song is framed with silence
It speaks of places never seen
Your homes a promise long forgotten
It is brith place of your dreams
Oh, dreams, beyond dreams
Beyond life, you will find your song

This song has always held such a deep place in our hearts, especially in ceremony.

This is our cover of @daftpunk Beyond, with @maltemarten. We’re so grateful to have him accompanying us on handpan, bringing such beautiful emotional depth and energy to a song that means so much to us.

Special thanks also to @kaiomusic on violin and Adi on double bass for bringing their magic to the song.
We hope these lyrics and this song touch your heart as deeply as they touch ours every time we sing it and that you can feel the hope and spirit within it.

Beyond is now available on all platforms.
