Dit was een van de inzichten die voedingswetenschapper & founder van @insentials.supplements, @amandinedepaepe, ons bijbracht tijdens WOW at the Table bij @jointherite Chapel in Antwerpen.

Na een ontbijt met açai bowls van @holyberry_acai gingen we samen aan de slag met Pilates en Strength bij RITE. Amandine vertelde ons meer over metabolisme en energie. En met een lunchbox van @bunch.kitchen erbij was er alle tijd om na te praten en andere vrouwen uit de community te leren kennen.

Supper Club Stories .. From the Loire

For this edition, @kristel_balcaen took on the role of host, guiding a select group of guests through some of her favourite discoveries from the Loire. 14 glasses, 14 stories.

The carefully chosen herbs added a playful twist, revealing unexpected notes in the wines and sparking lively conversations around the table.
