I got my first bmu 94 days ago, 18 days after that I did my last bmu. I only had them for a couple of weeks before getting griplocked- injuring my wrist and I haven’t been able to do a single one since. Yesterday, after what felt like forever I got my first bmu since losing them and it was to me my biggest accomplishment of the day and I’m so proud of myself. I’m still riding the high today. The quality of the video isn’t the best but it’s moments like these that remind me why I fell in love with CrossFit.

Wow. So grateful for the opportunity to compete at Oceania Champs in a division I was so doubtful I could do, & for the people who continue to push me outside my comfort zone 🫵
Coming away with a heat win, a handful of PBs, & a whole new set of goals makes all the hard work worth it. This experience reminded me that growth happens when you embrace the uncomfortable, trust the process, and keep showing up.
So thankful for the support, the lessons, & the memories 🩵⭐️
