Y’all wanna see how it looks when two premier state HBCUs link up in the oldest city in America? Well here it is — Part One: Alumni Fest Philly 🏙️💚💛

From the Liberty Bell to the yard steps, we turned history into harmony — laughter echoing off cobblestone, school colors blending beneath city lights, and a crowd that felt like a family reunion in full motion.

Shoutout to @webackoutsideDSU @LorenLorosa @DjEnvy @IzzyTheDJ @The_Mack_is_Back — the energy, the music, the love… it’s the culture written in real time.

Stay posted — later we’re dropping the full recap of The HBCU Alumni Experience: The NSU x DSU After Party, Philadelphia 🎥🔥

🎤 You guys sang your hearts out.

From the moment Lloyd hit the stage and the crowd sang “You” word for word — we knew it was going to be one of those nights. Then Ashanti came through and reminded us why she’s still the princess of R&B — every melody, every run, every “Baby, baby, baby” hit straight to the soul. And when Fabolous stepped out? The whole venue turned into a time capsule of timeless hits and nostalgia. 💥

But the energy didn’t stop there — New Impressionz brought that D.C. bounce and gave us that live go-go sound that made the night feel like homecoming. From the first note to the last, y’all gave everything — voices gone, feet sore, but hearts full. 🙌🏽

Alumni Fest was a celebration of culture, music, and the power of togetherness. Thousands of HBCU grads and friends came together under one roof to create memories that’ll last forever. From Norfolk to Philly, we proved again that this movement is bigger than a party — it’s a legacy

🎓✨ Today, we honor @gurlthatshim — officially awarded the Master of Homecoming Energy from The Alumni Fest University.

Kellz has always been more than the life of the party — Kellz is the reason the party never stops. From the pep rally to the step show, after the yard the doors at Waterside District become the true homecoming grounds, open until 2 AM on both Friday and Saturday. Every corner of that space — from the outdoor stage to the VIP lounges, from the bars to the restaurants — has carried the laughter, dancing, and fellowship that Kellz embodies.

This degree represents more than a title. It’s a celebration of fellowship, tradition, and the spirit of homecoming that makes us proud to call ourselves alumni. It’s proof that what started on campus doesn’t end after graduation — it carries on at Alumni Fest. Made for Alumni by Alumni

This October, the celebration continues:
📅 October 24–25, 2025
📍 Waterside District, Norfolk, VA
🎶 Featuring Ashanti • Lloyd • New Impressionz • Special Guests

Because Alumni Fest isn’t just a party. It’s our tradition. It’s our family. And thanks to people like Kellz, it’s a festival we’ll never forget. 🌊❤️
