Introducing Bureau of Crushes, one of the first stalls from Pop Vesta.

Part lemonade stand, part coastal crush project, part love letter to the things in Carteret County that people become quietly, irrationally devoted to.

Bureau of Crushes serves fresh lemonade crushes made cold, bright and crushed to order, with rotating flavours like peach, strawberry, blueberry and whatever else starts acting like it belongs in the cup.

It is also collecting the crushes of Carteret County: the people, places, boats, dogs, markets, docks, beach roads, sandwiches, porch chairs and very specific local things that make people say:
yes, that.

that is why I love it here.

Bureau of Crushes is made for markets, fundraisers, community events, private parties and local celebrations: fresh lemonade crushes, rotating fruit flavours and a slightly unreasonable amount of local affection.

Reach out if you’re looking for a stall that serves fresh lemonade crushes and takes local devotion slightly too seriously.
