If I’m being completely candid, on paper - this year absolutely sucked. From a completely unexpected canceled international trip at the beginning of the year, to having an unplanned move mid-year due to poor (and at times dangerous) living conditions, to having to handle the illnesses of some people closest to me (both physical and mental), and a myriad of other things, 2025 was one of the absolute worst years I’ve ever had. But because of the amazing people I have in my life, this year wasn’t ALL bad, and those are the times I like to think back on when I reflect on the past year. I am truly SO very blessed to have the people I have in my life. I am beyond privileged to be able to call so many people true friends and family, and to have so many people in my corner, even when I may not have not been the best friend or person to everyone this year. I don’t know what I did to deserve such amazing people in my life, but I am forever grateful. Here’s just a glimpse at the beautiful times I did have this year. Cheers to a new (and better) year in 2026!! 🎇 Because Instagram would only let me tag 20 people, here are some honorable mentions: @darkandjazzy @comicodeo @mitymax @miguelmonserate noymonserate

My birthday this year was everything I wanted and more. I got to hang out with the some of the people I love most in the world, do something active/do something I’ve never done before, and be a kid again by visiting a museum. The beautiful presents (not pictured, but all very beautiful) were an added perk ☺️ I felt so much love on my day (weekend…let’s be real, I celebrated multiple days) and I am beyond blessed to have the people that I have in my life. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so special. #birthday#38#saturdaysareforthegirls#bolderboulder2025#first10k#isityourbirthdaygirl#museumofillusions#love#friendship#firstpostof2025#latergram#30sarethenew20s

I can’t believe we have a 1 year old. This year has flown by! We had the best weekend celebrating our little firecracker ginge turning one. The start of her life wasn’t the easiest but she continues to show us her strength and tenacity everyday. She was the little piece of our family that we didn’t know we were missing. She’s virtually completely caught up to a full term one year old baby. We’re so lucky to have a happy, healthy and silly little girl. She’s been to 5 states and is the best little travel buddy. Finley Mae, you bring us so much joy and laughter. We love watching you grow and thrive into a smart little girl. We can’t wait to see what you strive for and accomplish. We love you so much! I can’t believe you’re a crazy little toddler! Happy Birthday sweet baby Fin! 🧁❤️💃🏼🎉 🎆 . . #firstbirthday #preemie #preemiestrong #birthdaygirl #1yearold #smashcake #firstyear #toddlerlife #aquarius #aquariusseason #family #colorado #1secondeveryday

This past year for me could be encapsulated in one word: change. I quit two jobs that I had been at since my 20’s, started one new job, sadly lost two family members to COVID, didn’t get much time for self care, didn’t get to hike nearly as much as I would have liked to, and was significantly busier than the previous year. But the one absolutely wonderful thing I got out of this year was getting to see so many people that I love and adore IN PERSON, from family to friends, both old and even some brand new ones - some who aren’t even featured in these pictures. It made me realize just how much I missed getting together in person and just how important it is to spend quality face time with those we love, both near and far. Oh, and I also got a lovely new office view. ☺️ So overall, despite the changes, this year turned out alright. Here’s to an even better year next year!! ❤️ #2021 #NYE #family #friends #blessed #lastpost #lovemylife #ihavethebestfriends #newstarts #newfriends #oldfriends #myloves #nothankyouMissCorona #bye2021 #hello2022 . . . Also, #Instagram would only let me tag 20 people in this entire post (ya’ll gotta change that, Instagram!!) but shoutout to the following also featured above: @kthannahg21 @m.gomez_15 @asullivan1516 @miguelmonserate @comicodeo @lori.monserate @sheriz80 @kaceysapps @shan_grant @kjhowes83 @alliebenkert @mikaelynn7 @alyssas_human @schu7334 @pwall14 @amyjotho @lbsy @k_reneeden @allyson.williams816 @pruitt1659 @thee_gingeee @lissyslinks
