For this episode, we discuss the worst mass shooting in Indianapolis history. It happened on April 15, 2021 at a FedEx Ground facility. Eight people were killed by the gunman, who eventually turned the gun on himself. Several others were injured. In this episode, you’ll hear compelling narratives from the crime scene, the reunification center, and inside the newsroom.

Looking for a new true crime discussion podcast? After years of tossing around the idea, we’ve finally decided to follow through. Introducing: Buried Bylines 📰
Together, we’re taking our years of newsroom experience to examine true crime cases through a new lens. We want to use this platform to talk about cases we covered as local television news producers, including a number of unsolved cases that seemingly got buried in day-to-day coverage, never getting the recognition they deserved. Our first episode of Buried Bylines drops Monday, March 13th.
