Thank you so much to everyone who supported 928 SLAM. We sold out both Day 1 and Day 2.

The goal of this fest is to celebrate and elevate underground aggressive/alternative music in Yuma. We did everything we could to accomplish that. 100% DIY.

Massive thanks to every band who performed. Massive thanks to @multiplearmspro for running sound and doing an outstanding job as always. Massive thanks to @mcshmeely.corp and @joemilkshake for documenting both days of the fest. Thanks to every else who took pictures, video, ect and is sharing it on social media. Please continue to message us/tag us in photos/videos from the show.

Extra special thanks to @tarroschicali_ for providing such an awesome space for our shows to happen. There is no other spot in this city that allows stage dives, moshing, ect. Tarros fucking RULES.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Thanks to every person who attended and had a great time.

As it stands, we’re gonna make this a yearly event. See ya in 2025 😈

Load Tha Nine is badass newer Southern California band. They combine the hardest elements of hardcore, rap, metal, and beatdown in a way that hasn’t been done yet. Their live show is incredible and we’re stoked to have them on the fest. Catch em on DAY 2 of 928 SLAM. 👊👊

House of Grief is a newer hardcore band from Phoenix. They deliver a particularly devastating mixture of groove and mosh parts. They are one of the most exciting bands from AZ right now and we are stoked to have them on the fest. They are playing DAY 2.

Hailing from Texas, Mexican Coke mixes punk/hardcore/d-beat in the most aggressively unhinged way possible. Band fucking slays. They are playing Day 2 of 928 SLAM.

The Raging Hyenas combine musical elements of punk/ska/alternative with a high energy live show. They’ve been a Yuma mainstay for years and we are glad they’re playing the fest. They shred. Catch em on DAY 1 of 928 SLAM.

Pleather is a Yuma based screamo band that has spent the last year making a name for themselves via intense live performances. They mix a variety of styles ranging from emo to chaotic metalcore and are currently working on a new EP. Pleather is a dope live band and are playing DAY 1 of 928 SLAM.
