For the 8 years I lived in LA, BURN 60 was part of my routine through so many different versions of me.

I walked through those doors tired. Anxious. Scared. Lonely. Energized. Motivated.

I came to carry heavy weight, but this place helped me carry a lot more than that.

Through growing pains, career changes, relationships, hard seasons, good seasons, and everything in between, movement gave me somewhere to return to.

Same place. Same routine. Different version of me each time.

Coming back reminded me how much our environments matter. The places we return to, the people we surround ourselves with, and the routines we build can become anchors while life keeps changing.

LA was one chapter. Now I’m in NorCal, with a gym and community I love there too. And I think that’s what makes coming back here so special. You can grow, move, build new routines and find new people—and still have so much love for the places and people that helped shape you.

If you’re in LA looking for a gym and a community you’ll actually want to keep showing up to, I will always recommend BURN 60.

And getting to see my BURN people again at HYROX Anaheim feels like two chapters of my life getting to meet. 🤍

And even with one or two cuties who didn’t quiiiiite get the steps right.

A dance in new cities and old ones that always bring out the best in me.

Wow, what an experience. I just completed my first ever HYROX and I’m officially hooked! The atmosphere was unreal and the vibes were amazing. I went into this wanting to see how my body could perform at 37, and I got my answer real quick.

I had to deal with some adversity early in the race, which forced me to make adjustments on the fly. But I’m incredibly proud of how I stayed composed, adapted, and found a way to finish strong. That alone made the experience worth it.

I also haven’t felt nerves and butterflies like that in a long time, not since lining up on game day back in college. I must have forgotten how incredible it feels to put yourself in vulnerable, uncomfortable situations, and then experience what’s on the other side when you push through. That feeling is hard to beat!

There’s plenty of room for improvement, and that’s what excites me most. I’m motivated to keep challenging myself and see what I’m capable of at this stage of life. Grateful beyond words for the friends and family who showed up and showed love. You made this day incredibly special.

We brought the Spice to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art—serving up good vibes, fresh food, and deep relaxation for 373 incredible employees. 🌱💆‍♀️

Our Farmer’s Market stand overflowed with nourishing choices 🍎🥒, and two massage therapists helped guests melt their stress away. Against the backdrop of the largest art museum in the western U.S., it was a day packed with color, connection, and care.

Led by Danielle & Jack, this event was a beautiful reminder that wellness is an artform too. 🖼️💚

Listen…. I knew I would have a good time with my burn family but this experience by far exceeded my expectations! Everyone in the room was dancing for JOY and that’s what I’m all about !
