I was proud of her before kids, too. But this version of me? I know the sleepless nights, the starting over, and the effort behind every bit of progress. And I’m really proud of her. 🤍

Motherhood has asked a lot of me. Making time for myself has been worth it.

🔥LEVEL UP GAMES 2026.🔥

THE ENERGY. THE GRIT. THE HYPE. THE HEART. 💙

Beavercreek showed UP for our FIRST Level Up Games!!🔥

The hard work, the determination, the teammates cheering louder than ever, and the energy in that room was UNMATCHED.

We pushed limits. We celebrated every rep. We left it ALL on the floor.

Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🥹💙

THIS is what showing up for yourself AND each other looks like.

LEVEL UP GAMES 2026 — YOU WERE ONE FOR THE BOOKS. 💪

🔥 Want to know what makes this community so special? COME EXPERIENCE IT FOR YOURSELF!

You don’t have to be the strongest, the fastest, or the most experienced. You just have to show up. We’ll be in your corner every step of the way. 💙

📲 Your first 3 DAYS are FREE! Claim your 3-DAY FREE TRIAL and come see what our community is all about. Link in our bio.

Did something today I didn’t think was possible 6 weeks ago - set a 5-minute PR for a plank at @burnbootcampcentervilleoh. Having everyone in the room cheering you on towards your goal is such an incredible experience. There is nothing like the Burn Community. After having 3 knee surgeries since 12/2/25, I wasn’t sure just what I would be able to do when I returned to Burn. Today I proved to myself I am coming back stronger after my surgeries and I can crush any goal to which I set my mind. Want to shout out to my planking sister @pattipickrel on crushing her 7 minute PR plank. Thanks also to my trainer @cait_n_weights for the encouragement during that plank hold.

This first goodbye to my home away from home. Burn has not only been the mental outlet I needed but has challenged me in ways I did not think were possible. The workouts were challenging but the people I have met along the way will carry with me forever. I am forever grateful for all the amazing trainers who have been there every step of the way and made me love fitness again! It is not goodbye but a " see you later" because I will be back with new goals! Love you all!!
