🐾 national best friends day

Best friends don’t just share walks and cuddles…
We share healing. We share meals.
We remind each other to eat when the world feels heavy.

Today I ate three bowls, and every bite reminded my human that I’m still here, still fighting, still her best friend.

She makes the meals. I remind her they matter.
That we matter. ❤️🐾

I appreciate you all for staying here while things have been so much shifted in all our worlds…may the ones I love of yours still and more properly creatively collide with mine such that it’s ig and irl harmony…love what you do too and feel free to dm me anytime about van/rv/tiny life, chronic or complex health concerns like Lyme disease and co infections and related topics, cannabis medicine and it’s usefulness in application to medical concerns like end stage cancers to autism or adhd, and functional wellness topics ranging from smoothies to microdosing you can find more accounts similar to this on my account @channeltheinsanity .

For you photo lovers come check out the connected communities through my lens @karacentral where I also help with a few accounts you may enjoy: check out the bio if you are interested in anything photography.

It’s all relevant here with tiny life focus and van lifer vibes, and my dog mom person choices that now center around @grandpaderp formerly of @chiandred and we love new paw fwens and parents there anytime. Derp not required.

These seasons ahead feel a tad daunting to us all so let’s help each other stay informed and balanced by checking in, looking ahead with optimism and using our best tiny lifer skillsets and beautiful creative effects to move ourselves forward. Hugs and love, Kara and Red🐾🚐📷🤘✨#tinylife #tinylifestyle #rvlife #vanlife #travellife #healthylifestyle #wellness #photography #explorepage #burtonvanview

2/2/20 So many want to give others their take away for 2020 as “good riddance bad rubbish..”

It’s so strange...
as for me,it will remain almost exactly the opposite.

It’s the last full year I was gifted the precious last main number of monumental months spent with both of my children together,

it’s the year in which we went and did the most fun traveling I’ve done with them maybe ever,

it’s the year that we went to the top of the Empire State building, it’s the year we all were silly at night half feeling trippy as we all but getting covid and half exhausted/delirious and giggly saw the wax museum( since I couldn’t get them to the one in Paris I’ve seen before, New York was definitely more than good enough…)

It’s a year from which I now can say I have hundreds and hundreds of pictures of me and them in a few places i really love...and I cannot miss the chances to keep sharing them...as I heal I’ll keep posting!..
so get ready.

It’s a year that after it’s passing, I’ll find it’s going to be very be very hard to define my life without her in it and to see how many moments of every second of every year of my life were spent with her literally strapped to my side.

So many people did not ever want a small dog around and would literally almost refuse me entry into their homes etc
Well she changed their minds on me and little dogs both. Every time.
People in stores circa 2005...
would watch us suspiciously,
waiting for her to urinate or do something wrong, we would be asked at Nordstrom how she didn’t just pee in the bag because she couldn’t hold it or something and I thought well kind of like a child learns not to just go in their pants anymore I don’t know it’s just funny people did not understand how she knew how to be correct.. they have never really seen it before. She was the beginning...🥰
Carrying her was a necessity and a joy, despite chiro issues, she was great at it and could still run seemingly as fast as any actual cheetah lol hence part of her nic names... but we saved energy for stuff that mattered! #chiandred

Getting in his licks while we are inside not wearing masks...he hates to not be able to lick me if I cry esp...trained the kids right...his stitches are looking good, put moms best homemade canna coconut oil salve on it that I use on everyyything. Makes their lesions turn colors and literally fall off in layers or chunks or black sheets eso when it’s cancerous! It’s crazy how you can see the diffs...one shrinks inward, other falls off, etc. I mean does it get Easier??!? Nope! Think it healed me from possible breast cancer at least def a long term lesion so it works. I wish I could sell it legally rn but it’s not tested etc. but I’ll share recipe if anyone is in need etc hmu xxoo #reddletonterrier #redtheratterrier #servicedog #servicedogred #servicedogsofinstagram #medicalalertdog #chemicalalertdog #ptsdawareness #ptsdservicedog #socialdistanceservicedogs #pretrainedforsocialdistance #dogmom #mybuddy #specialfred #goofball #sterilenodularpanniculitis #autoimmunedisease #veterinarydiagnostics #rulingoutcancer #dogsofinstagram #ratterriersofinstagram #toungeouttuesday #chiandred
