POV: You’re in Busan in October, when the city comes alive with local festivals 🍂✨

Busan’s best moments aren’t always at the famous tourist spots!

The Dongnae Eupseong History Festival is one of those local events that brings history to life with traditional performances, parades, cultural experiences, and even a modern fashion show followed by a disco party 🎐🎎🪩

If you happen to be in Busan during festival season, it’s definitely worth adding to your list for next time 🇰🇷

One bowl. A whole lot of #Busan

Busan loves Dwaeji Gukbap - the city’s iconic pork and rice soup. So much that we threw a whole festival for it! 🎉

From October 16–18, the very 1st Busan Dwaeji Gukbap Grand Fair brought together local favorites, delicious tastings, culinary talks, and awards celebrating the best-loved bowls! 🏆🥢

More than comfort food, it’s a taste of Busan’s history, culture, and local pride.

Can’t wait to see what’s cooking next in Busan! 🔥

This weekend, my husband and I visited the Busan Chinatown Festival 🏮

I was amazed by how beautifully Chinatown was decorated! A giant inflatable panda, thousands of lanterns, and dragons everywhere made the whole area feel magical. 🐼✨

It was a unique experience because, beyond Chinese culture and food, we also got to explore cuisines from different parts of Asia, including Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Turkey, and Central Asia, the region I come from. 🌏

We also had fun making our own hats and lanterns and, of course, took lots of memorable photos together! ❤️
