Feeling so warm and fuzzy! 🥰

It’s not lost on me that the world can be a scary place. But weeks like this remind me just how many good people are out there doing the work to make it better.

Over the past week, I had the incredible opportunity to watch 11 young leaders from a wide range of backgrounds come together and discover what truly sets them apart as leaders. I am truly so proud of them. On top of that, I found my way back to a marvelous staff; one that’s chock-full of loving friends, hardworking colleagues, and people with a genuine fire for the work they do.

So when the dark times wait at the doorstep, I can rest a little easier knowing the world is in good hands. I can truly say: I love this place, I love these people, and above all,

KTF, Keep the fire. ❤️‍🔥

Freshman Year Wrapped!!!! 1/2 I love Nebraska Wesleyan!!!!! Thank you to everyone who made this an amazing year and to all the amazing people I had the pleasure of working with!!!!!

Goodbyes are really, really hard. I called my mom in tears a few weeks ago because I didn’t really understand why I felt so upset about moving on from this semester, and she said that this is the first time she thinks I’ve ever been truly happy with where I’m at. And I think that’s really true- It’s so hard to let go of something you love so much, and I love this. I love these people, I love these experiences, and I love this kind of love.

That being said, goodbyes are not forever. Whether you’ll be back next fall or are graduating and moving forward, I hold so much love for each one of you and that type of love does not fade with time. Junior year kicked my ass, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I would go through this year again and again if it meant I got to spend it with these folks. Happy grad week, happy last day of school, and I am so proud of all of us <3

Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

I am truly and incredibly grateful for the people that have been brought in and the people that are constant in my life. From my sorority to Launch to my hometown family and friends I am so grateful for the love, compassion and joy you have brought into my life. ❤️🧡💛

Four bookworms was hella fun so happy with how it turned out, especially as my first show in college! Every single member in the cast, from Avery to Omar, and so on was so talented. Thank you Andrew for this opportunity! (Forgot to post this until my favorite Ginger,James, from Georgia reminded me)
