Fall is in the air, football season is back, and there’s no better time of year to get outside and enjoy the moment. 🍂🏈

But one thing isn’t changing — the walks don’t stop.

The Mile High Walk Club continues to grow, and that’s been the best part of this whole thing. New faces. New connections. Good conversations. Good energy. Just people coming together, getting some movement in, and enjoying the community we’re building.

What a time to be alive.

So grab a friend, bring the family, and come get some steps with us this week.

Fall is here. Football is back. And we’re still walking. 🚶🏾‍♂️🚶🏽‍♀️

See you out there.

Denver raised some special ones. 💐🎬

This weekend, my brother @showcasewhite heads back to Tennessee as the Titans honor his former backfield partner and brother Chris Johnson — @chrisjohnsontwo8 — with his induction into the Titans Ring of Honor.

For those who remember that era, you already know what Smash & Dash was. Two different running styles. One dangerous backfield. 🏈

With CJ now fighting ALS, this moment hits differently. It’s a reminder to celebrate people, acknowledge what they’ve given us, and give them their flowers while they’re here to receive them.

And that same spirit of brotherhood and community is still moving right here at home. LenDale and @allprobo80 started the @milehighwalkclub here in Denver to get people outside, moving, connecting and building community together.

So while CJ gets his flowers in Tennessee this weekend, we’re giving some flowers to our own too. Proud to see a Denver kid continue pouring back into the city that raised him.

Congratulations CJ2K. 🏆
Much love to Smash & Dash.

And Denver… we’re back walking next Saturday. 9/19🚶🏾‍♂️💨
