@busymamaeasybites shared this quick but nutritious toddler meal.

Ingredients:
• Rice & cooked chicken
• ¼ avocado
• 1 tbsp cottage cheese
• Dash of garlic powder

The best part is how customizable they are. Swap the protein, add different veggies, wrap them in seaweed, and make them your own.

My toddler has been on a seaweed kick lately, so I’ve been wrapping just about everything in nori… and she eats it every single time! 😂🥑🍙

This easy rice roll is healthy, filling, and perfect for lunch or dinner.

✨ You’ll need:
• Steamed sticky rice
• Cooked chicken
• ½ avocado
• 1 tbsp cottage cheese
• Dash of garlic powder
• 1 sushi nori sheet
• Light drizzle of sesame oil

This recipe makes 2 toddler meals! I refrigerate the leftover rice and roll it fresh the next day so the nori stays nice and crisp instead of getting soggy.

Save this recipe for your next meal idea and let me know if your toddler is on a seaweed kick too!

This creamy avocado ice cream is the easiest healthy summer treat for your little one! 🥑🍌🍦

✨ You’ll need:
• ½ avocado
• 1 ripe banana
• ¼ cup whole milk
• Optional: coconut flakes

I made mine on a rolled ice cream tray, but you can also blend everything together and freeze it for a bit to get the perfect soft-serve texture. No added sugar—just naturally sweet, creamy goodness! 💚

Save this for your next hot summer day and let me know if your toddler loves it!

Greek yoghurt cake bars 🍰🫐🍓

For this recipe we used one from @busymamaeasybites and this was minimal effort, maximum results!!

The bites are so soft and fluffy so are really easy for little ones to chew and swallow and are so versatile for flavours!

We made;
Raspberry & coconut
Mixed berry
& Blueberry

For the recipe you need 1 cup of Greek yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 eggs & 1/2 a teaspoon of vanilla essence. Whisk it all up and pour into silicone mould (or overproof tray) and then top with your fruit toppings! Bake at 170 degrees for approx 20 mins (or until the cakes start rising out of the mould) let cool and then serve! It’s literally that easy!

These are so tasty and make a great snack food too as can be eaten cold or room temp!

Really glad we found this recipe as I will definitely be using this one again!

Total prep & cook time 25 mins ⏰

Allergens; Egg, Gluten & Milk ✅
