🚨 LOS ANGELES, THIS IS BIGGER THAN ART. THIS IS BIGGER THAN MUSIC. THIS IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD. 🚨

THE MARKET. THE TALENT. THE CULTURE. THE PEOPLE. 🏆

NOVEMBER 4TH, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS PRESENTS: VERSUS ARTIST BATTLES. 🎨🔥

We’re bringing together artists, musicians, lowriders, local businesses, and vendors under ONE roof to do what this city does best: CREATE.

But let’s get one thing straight. This isn’t about who has the biggest name, the deepest pockets, or the most followers.

IT’S ABOUT WHO HAS THE TALENT. WHO HAS THE HEART. AND WHO SHOWS UP FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD. 🗣️🔥

We built this for US, by US. No industry permission needed. No waiting for somebody to give us a platform. We’re BUILDING OUR OWN.

And the mission goes beyond the event. We’re using our platform to give back to elders experiencing homelessness and honor the artists whose talent deserves to be seen.

🏆 GUEST OF HONOR & JUDGE: @butcher_3a

🐍 SPECIAL GUEST: @thesnakefather

🎨 FEATURED ARTISTS: @j_fester • @bomber.302ck

📸 OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHER: @jmat2u

🚘 LOWRIDER APPEARANCES: @unidos_68_51

📍 TIERRA UNIDA COMPOUND. @tierraunidacompound

📅 NOVEMBER 4, 2026

⏰ 6 PM – 10 PM

ARTISTS. MUSICIANS. VENDORS. SMALL BUSINESSES. THE CULTURE.

THERE’S A PLACE FOR YOU HERE.

We’re not waiting for the neighborhood to be put on.

WE’RE PUTTING IT ON OURSELVES. 👑🔥

THIS IS THE MARKET.

THIS IS THE TALENT.

THIS IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

After careful consideration… we’ve come to a decision.

Nobody is good enough. 🤷‍♀️

We tried to find a worthy matchup for @butcher_3a but some names don’t belong on the battle card. They belong judging it.

So instead of asking a legend to compete, we’re giving him his flowers and putting him where he belongs.

🏆 @butcher_3a will officially join Neighborhood Business as our ARTIST JUDGE & GUEST OF HONOR.

The battles are for the contenders.

Butcher decides who came correct. 🫡🎨

Respect the craft. Respect the history. Respect the name.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD HEARD US. 🏁

We said we wanted to bring the neighborhood together and look who started pulling up.

‼️‼️‼️ @butcher_3a OUR GUEST OF HONOR AND LIVING LEGEND😭‼️‼️‼️
🐍 @thesnakefather bringing something you DEFINITELY don’t see at every function.
🚘 @unidos_68_51 pulling up with history on wheels.
🎤 Musicians, artist @j_fester (awaiting CALL OUT ‼️) vendors, photographers, filmmakers and local businesses all stepping into the same space. @tierraunidacompound

No velvet rope. No pretending. No watering the culture down to make it marketable.

This IS the market. This IS the talent. This IS the neighborhood.

Neighborhood Business is about putting the people who actually MAKE The Culture ‼️‼️in the room together documenting it, giving everybody their content, giving artists a chance to make money from their work, and putting proceeds back into our community.

And the craziest part?

We haven’t even announced everybody yet. 😌

Built for the neighborhood.
By the neighborhood.
In honor of Omar Evanor Rodriguez — KUDOS. 🕊️

NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS.
Everybody eats. 🏁🐈‍⬛

Now… who else is pulling up? 👀

You’ve been watching. 😌
Now let us tell you what you’re looking at.

NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS. 🏁

A 1 v 1 battle platform built for the neighborhood, by the neighborhood.

🎨 Graff artists vs. graff artists.
🎤 Rappers vs. rappers.
🎸 Musicians vs. musicians.
🥁 Instrumentalists vs. instrumentalists.

Any artist. Any discipline. If you got something to prove, there’s room for you.

But this was never just about a battle.

Neighborhood Business was created to give artists a place to be seen, heard, documented and PAID‼️💪😌Artists keep the media created around their work, and proceeds from our art auctions are split between the participating artists and helping our elderly homeless community.

Lowriders. Local businesses. Vendors. Music. Art. The walls. The people.

The neighborhood IS the venue @tierraunidacompound before we ever step inside ‼️🫶✨

And at the heart of all of it is one person

Omar Evanor Rodriguez — KUDOS. 🕊️
The Flare King. 👑
The ruler of TUK.
My love.

I started this because there was art in him that the world never got the chance to see.

So now we’re making damn sure the next artist gets that chance.

You’ve already met the neighborhood.

Now it’s time to handle some BUSINESS. 🏁

@neighborhood_business1 x @butcher_3a x @tierraunidacompound x @thesnakefather x @j_fester ARTIST IS TO COOL FOR IG LUCKY IYKYK

BUTCHER HAS CONFIRMED FOR @neighborhood_business1 FIRST EVER VERSUS BATTLE🔪

Some names come with history.
@butcher_3a is one of them.

Years behind the cans. Years on the walls. A style and a name that earned their place.

So understand something before you throw your name in…

You don’t just get to battle @butcher_3a

You submit your work.
You show what you got.
And if Butcher deems you worthy of sharing that wall with him… then we got a battle. 😈

This ain’t disrespect. It’s the opposite‼️

Getting the chance to put your best BOMB next to a LEGEND LIKE @butcher_3a with his history is an HONOR‼️‼️‼️

But if you’re chosen?

COME CORRECT.

No excuses. No bullshit.
Just everything you got. To stand in the presence of GREATNESS ‼️‼️🫡🫡🫡😌

Think your work deserves that wall?

SUBMIT IT.

Then we’ll see if @butcher_3a accepts the challenge. 🔪
