Excited to announce I’ve been accepted into The Chef Apprentice School of the Arts (CASA)! With only a 20% acceptance rate, I aced two interviews to secure my spot, including one with my head chef mentor. I’ll be training at L’Opera, a fine dining Italian restaurant in Long Beach, where everything is crafted in-house—from midnight bread baking to 5 a.m. pasta prep. CASA’s hands-on, apprenticeship approach means I’ll be learning directly from renowned chefs, both online and in the kitchen. Excited to dive into this next chapter—on the line and learning from the best! 👩‍🍳
