It's amazing what a few weeks and some heavy things can do for the brain. Back to back surgeries had me on the couch for a month, and before that a mixture of holidays, touring, and personal life shit meant my routine was non-existent, and my mental health was through the floor. Four weeks into my @milestonestrength adventure and I already feel like a different person. My endless live to @nathan for being a wonderful human, and even better friend, who somehow believes he's going to make me love leg day. I believe in you mate 😛. #gotothefuckinggym #dontthinkaboutthefactyouhaveanothersurgeryinjanthatsgoingyoknockyououtforanotherfourweeks🙃🙃🙃🙃

Day 2, and that's a wrap on a film shoot with music by @benedikt_schiefer Awesome to work with such a great crew @josh_todaro and @xpeesx (the core team behind the excellent @buttonmanfilm ), Sean Kelly who has been a big help on all my films, and our inspiring lead actor @pauldefreitas8 who also acted in Sweet Mary and I Call Upon Thee. Really proud of the epic footage we captured, now on to the edit!
