The reflections I received reminded me exactly why I created this space for women.

“I feel safe.”
“I’m getting in touch with my femininity.”
“I have more confidence in my dance and in myself.”

Those words mean more than you know.

To my very first batch of ladies—thank you for taking a chance on me. You trusted me to explore an idea that was still taking shape, and in doing so, gave me the confidence to keep growing it into what it is today.

Every Monday has become something I genuinely look forward to. Instead of dreading the start of the week, I leave feeling recharged. Time flies because everyone shows up willing to push themselves, encourage one another, and step outside their comfort zones. It has become a space of discipline, growth, and self-discovery—celebrating our strengths while embracing the areas we can continue to develop.

It’s been over a year since this journey began. One lesson that has always stayed with me from my own teachers is this: our role is simply to start the engine. Where each dancer chooses to drive is entirely up to them.❤️
