Was time for an update on his original CCSC hat. The one on the left was from spring 2015 when we started 8 yrs ago. Worn and tattered, we love it!

We truly appreciate y'all wearing our hats and supporting our business. Really means the world to us!

We will do another run of these flex fits for those who have been asking. What colors would you like to see?

Back in May I made a decision to get off my ass. Stop making excuses. Made some changes in the way I go about eating.
Started at a whopping embarrassing 236lb, I had a lot of work ahead of myself.
..
Joined a ragtag bunch of likeminded bandits as crazy as I am.
Yeah, many many times in the beginning I wanted to give up. That fateful first beach workout, @bigfatcarl damn near killed me. Happy I had a great support group to pick me up and say keep going! And I did it!
..
If you asked me the one or two most important things that helped with success, I'd say:
1. Healthy eating, fix your diet so its sustainable, remove sugar!
2. Just keep moving. Start small and keep working toward your goals!
..
7 months later now sitting at a healthier 205lbs with more energy, sustainable eating habits and crushed some personal goals! Never once walked into a gym, all workouts were outside or in a garage. Now to keep focus and set some higher goals!
Many thanks to my family and these workout nutz @kjeakes @simonesaleh @tobey_lawson_fishing @buzzbait73

On to the next adventure in 2020!
