POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

First time trying a Buzz Bomb for saltwater salmon fishing… and it definitely didn’t disappoint! 🎣

A couple of jigs, one aggressive hit, and a coho that wasn’t ready to give up without a fight.

Funny enough, I actually found this Buzz Bomb from @buzzbomb_tackle on the bottom near a bridge in Port Renfrew. Put a hook on it, gave it a shot on my last day, and here we are!

Next up: how I rig my Buzz Bomb! 👀

Another year older, another fish story 🎣

Spent my birthday weekend in Port Renfrew with my amazing friends. A cozy cabin, fishing, incredible views, sunsets, and plenty of good laughs.

Fishing was pretty slow, but at least my magic pink-and-silver spoon from @riveroutlawlures saved me from getting skunked. And just to be safe, my friends made sure I wouldn’t leave empty-handed either 😂🐟

Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate. Sometimes it’s not even about catching fish, but the people you’re with and the memories you make along the way.

And just when I thought the weekend couldn’t get any better… the last day had one more surprise waiting for me.

Swipe to the end! Full story behind that last catch coming in a Reel soon 🎬

Big thanks to everyone who made this birthday so special! ❤️

I don’t usually do end of day fishing haul photos or videos, thought you guys might be interested in what’s going in the freezer today. The tides & weather weren’t the greatest on that day, but we made it happen. August 29th my birthday fish with Reggie. Skipped filming the fish fillet part & went straight into showing you guys what the meat looks like after being processed.

Fish species: Area 20-5

First laker on at Rock Lake! 🎣

This lake truly was a challenge. New water, picky fish, and I had to really work for every bite. Lots of chasers, lots of hits, but they just wouldn’t commit.

Sometimes that’s what makes finally getting one to the kayak feel that much better. Nothing beats figuring out a new lake and finally cracking the code! 🤙🎣

Check out this beauty canary rockfish. You can find canary rock fish along the coast of British Columbia, they are one of the most delicious rock fish to eat. They can living for up to 84 years, they inhabit deep rocky reefs. Main ways of catching them is jigging. I’d recommend finding any type of structure between 70 & 90 feet. Have you ever caught a canary ?
