Patti LuPone: Matters of the Heart at the LA Opera

I had the best time at the LA Opera a week ago. Matters of the Heart is my favorite Patti album and attending this concert was a no-brainer, as usual. Mother did not disappoint. She was perfection.

Shout out to the incredibly talented @bwaystrings @jesswangcello @suzyperelman @wjcurry @mollygoldman @josephthalken

Concert Highlights: Playbill, Not a Day Goes By, Unexpressed, Better Off Dead, Shattered Illusions, Air that I Breathe, Where Love Resides, Back to Before.

Extra Special Moments: Telling P she was amazing, meeting the sweetest @thekelliemartin, and the delightful @adamkurtzman and @thejohnglover, telling Legend Jane Fonda the seat numbers and guiding her to her seat.

Correction: Scottish Song — not Irish. My mistake.
