My CONDOLENCES to KINU’S FAMILY!! My CONVERSATIONS with A LOT went BEYOND BASKETBALL because I knew I was being WATCHED on how I handled my ANGER coming from POVERTY so to them I was being LOOKED at as a ROLE MODEL! For those that spoken with me OFF THE COURT knows this HURTS to see my BASKETBALL BROTHER LOSE HIS LIFE to SENSELESS VIOLENCE! I will ALWAYS SPEAK HIGHLY OF YOU KINU, I WILL NEVER LET YOUR NAME BE FORGOTTEN! SLEEP IN PEACE KINU ROCHFORD, I’LL HOLLAAAA🙏🏽🗽🏀💪🏽🙌🏽🤟🏽🤞🏽🫶🏽🤝🏽🗣️💯🔝🏁🫡 #RestInPeaceKinuRochford #RestInPeaceKIWAN #MovesThatMatter #StreetballFinest #ButtaNeverForgets

⚡️THE KLINIC WELLNESS EXPERIENCE!

On May 31, in the spirit of Mental Health Awareness Month, we created a wellness experience for the people who give so much of themselves to others every day.

We brought together our coaches, clinicians, team members, partners, and wellness experts for a day focused on movement, mindfulness, nutrition, recovery, financial wellness, creativity, and human connection.

The experience was structured around six pillars of holistic wellbeing, with trusted practitioners and specialists guiding participants through each one:

🧠 MIND: Help To Adjust @helptoadjustcounseling by Don Sinkfield @counselordon and Tamiko Sinkfield MA, SEL @phoenixent @helptoadjustcounseling

🏃 BODY: The Skin Guru by @_simplynatasha_ Homsi @skincare_guru

🥗 FUEL: By Elle With Love by @chefelleboogie @byelle_withlove

🌿 CALM: Well Reserved by @tatyanasinn and @jennwillis224 @wellreserved

📈 BUILD: The Family Leadership Experience by Kelly M. Dolson CPA, MBA

🎨 EXPRESSION: Creative reflection and self-expression

Throughout the day, we saw people slow down, connect, learn, reflect, and make space for themselves. A space they didn’t realize they needed.

Thank you to our wonderful facilitators for pouring their expertise and passion into our Klinic family, and inspiring them to connect with their team members and their greatness.

✨ The wellbeing of a community begins with the wellbeing of the people serving it.
