2024 was a big year for me. I got a new job, finished my bachelor, prepared for my move abroad, spent as much time as I could with my family & friends and finally moved to Korea all by myself. Before moving I kept telling my friends at home that I’m a bit scared about not finding good friends over there because I literally knew no one in Seoul. All of them assured me that I will be fine and guess what, they were right.

I was welcomed with open arms by many people and made so many beautiful connections almost immediately after I arrived. I even got to meet someone who was born on the exact same day and year as me, how crazy is that? Shoutout to you @peonyemily_ haha, I still remember how we screamed in the middle of the street when we found out.

After living in Seoul for 4 months, it has almost developed into a second home. Since I had never lived anywhere other than my home country before, this is a very new and interesting feeling for me. I am incredibly grateful for all the people I have met here, you mean much more to me than you might think. I’m also extremely thankful for all the people back home who care about me and support me as if I never left. I am very lucky to have you all in my life. Thank you for being a part of my 2024! 🤍✨
