We love the wooden panelling of Room 24 - it always makes us feel tucked away, cocooned in a cabin. 🩵

Stepping into the shower and the weekend with uplifting fragrances from @verden.world

Meaning ‘the world’ or ‘the earth’ in Danish, VERDEN is rooted in natural fragrance to re-connect you with happiness in every moment of self-care.

Winter is truly a time for detaching from any dead roots and planting our selves in energy that breathes life into our intentions.

We hope you can take some moments of slowness to realign.

Thanks to @a.johnsoninteriors for this lovely pic.

Hunkering down for the winter in cosy Room 52.. 🧡💫

For a boutique stay in individually designed rooms, in the heart of historic and picturesque Canterbury, it has to be The Falstaff.

See the website for the best room rates as well as Gift Vouchers for the experience-seekers in your life this Christmas.

Fancy waking up to a sea view and walkable access to Margate’s award winning foodie scene? Think @oast_bakery for breakfast (sourdough and pastries you will not regret devouring), @fortscoffee for brunch (Korean fried chicken is my all time favourite dish….dare I say anywhere!?!), then pick up some @bombodoughnuts before you stroll back via the sandy coastline, take a quick cold dip (another one you will not regret) before chilling out in our Scandinavian hot tub. Head back out later to a spoilt for choice selection of eateries all crammed into one square mile. Take your pick. @pomusmargate @sargasso.bar @sete.margate @streetsmargate . . . . “one of everything from the menu, please”!

The perfect foodie weekend break. 🌊

Sundays are for many things, and a bath is one of them don’t you think?

Going for a long walk and eating a meal with loved ones are important for reconnecting with the outdoors and each other, but taking a bath is a really special form of rest and self-care.. It’s why we love a statement bathtub at The Falstaff ..and why we love Verden.

Their range of products are formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients that perform beautifully on the skin and the fragrances of nature are so evocative and uplifting.
